Description of Work: I don't know if I would give them a second chance but maybe wasn't an option listed above. I was driving my father in law's car over a year ago when the clutch gave out. I rolled back into the top of someone's steep driveway. This occurred in the Fairwood area of Renton within 2 miles of Clark's Towing service on Petrovitsky and 140th so I gave them a call. They said they would send someone right away. In the meantime, I had to let my car roll back into the driveway so that the homeowner could get out. I could no longer be seen from the road. I waited over an hour, outside in the rain, watching for them to come. When I called to see what was going on, the guy on the phone said it would be a few minutes and I could wait in the car. The tow came about 1 hour and 20 minutes after I first called. Payment was easy because he drove me to Mike's Fairwood Auto, dropped the car off and the towing service was included in the auto repair.

 + -1 moreI called and asked for service and a bid. The driver called me on his way out gave me a time. Very professional and knowledgable. Our driveway where the car was stuck is very steep and it was wet. The driver maneuvered like a pro, did not damage anything, efficient and quick, total time was about 15 minutes. This business has been around issaquah area for several generations and is still family owned. Hopefully we will never see them again, but if the need arises they are the ones we will use.

 + -1 moreI was stranded on my motorcycle and called Clark's towing for help. The lady on the phone was very helpful and sent a tow truck over. The truck arrived sooner than what she had said. The driver, Colby, took more care than even I would have to lift and transport my motorcycle. They towed my motorcycle from Duthie Hill (almost Redmond) all the way across town on the other side of Issaquah. Despite the fact that I was stranded, they charged me under $100. Towing is never fun, but Clark's service was top notch and I would seek them out to use them again. I highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreMy 19-year-old twins have each totalled a car in the past year - each within a few miles of our home, and each late at night and in the rain. A Trifecta! [no serious injuries] Clark's Towing has responded to both incidents; we were charged a standard county rate which was disclosed to us beforehand. They've been prompt, courteous, professional and supportive. When the second car was brought home the driver recognized the wreck belonging to Twin #1 and made some suggestons of local salvage yards that would collect the tattered remains, telling us which one he thought was currently paying the most and disclosing that he had no particular relationship with any of them. He made a difficult situation less so.
Description of Work: Paid county rate; I have twin teenage boys and both have totalled cars within 2 miles of home. :) Clark's Towing has responded to each call, after hours and in the rain, and have been very prompt, professional and supportive. They also had suggestions of which salvage yards were paying the most for the tattered remains. I'd call them again in a minute; I hope I don't have any more occasions to do so!

Description of Work: I needed a tow for my 4 wheel drive Jeep because of mechanical difficulties. While speaking with Kathy, at Clark's Towing, she was very pleasant, answered all my questions courteously and provided exactly what my towing bill would be. At the conclusion of our conversation she said the tow truck would be at my location in an hour. Exactly an hour later the tow truck driver showed up and he was polite, courteous and very professional. The tow bill was exactly as I had been quoted by Kathy. It was a very good experience dealing with Clark's and if I need another tow some day Iill call them.
