Cascade Spa Stove & Repair

Scott did a great job for a fair price.  Will use them again any time.

It did require two calls but the appointment was set to repair our hot
tub.  The technician was a little later than he estimated but our home
can be difficult to find.  He cleaned up a mess left by another
repairman and found the issue in very short order.  I understood that
there was a minimum charge for the first 1/2 hour and he was done in 28
minutes.  Thanks!  I would certainly call Cascade anytime in the future I
needed help.

Horrible.  They recommended Don from Aqua World showed up promptly and confirmed my heater burned out.  He then took $350 upfront to pay for a new heater and I have never seen him again. I have left him dozens of messages and he non responsive.  He finally called back after we hired another spa repair company to fix our tub (turns out the parts were covered under warranty).  He told me he would send me a refund check but after a month, nothing has showed up despite my repeated calls.  While this was gong on, I called and emailed Cascade Spa and Stove only to find out they have gone out of business.  None of my calls or emails have been returned. The now defunct Cascade Spa Stove and Aqua World are two businesses to avoid like the plague.

They dropped the hot tub on the way to delivering it. They also damaged the cabinets and they have not been repaired. The pillows should have been replaced as well. It has never worked correctly even though they have been out to repair it about 20 times. Sometimes the hot tub stops working. The owner accuses me of doing something to it to make it not work. He doesn't return my calls. I've been out to the store many times.

Four and a half weeks ago, I got a call from the repair tech stating that he would be out in about 2 weeks. After not hearing from him, I went to the store and they informed me that there was trouble getting the correct parts. I have asked them to replace the spa and they refuse too. I have photos of them dropping them. I basically have a hot tub I cannot use.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH CASCADE. ONE GENTLEMAN CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND TIMELY. HE ALSO PROVIDED EXCELLENT ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS.
