 + -1 moreI bought a Groupon coupon for an interior detail for $98 with a value of $230. I made an appointment and arrived on time. After waiting 15 minutes for the only store employee Ben Bifano to wait on me, I was told that the cost would be $400 to $500 more due to the mold and dog hair. There is dog hair. Mold was actually alder pollen. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. The was a notice on the front door seeking to hire a detailer. I don't think that they ever intended to detail my car. Groupon refunded my purchase price.
