Insurance Agencies
After 8 years of declining service I made a switch and am significantly more satisfied. After 8 years of not receiving renewal notices, having policies lapse, things sent to the wrong address and them blaming the postal service, I could not take it anymore and am happy with state farm, but this agent is horrible. I had to take accountability to make sure they managed me as a customer, followed through on policy renewals, returned my calls and emails, and even make he transfer to my new agent. I never actually met the agent as his support was so poor he never returned my calls or requests. To me he is an administrator and not an agent that serves customers. I would not, in any way, recommend him, or his staff...
