Appointment was easy to set up. Person came and measured the glass and prepared estimate. Glass came in when promised and installation was great.

The entire process went very well, from the initial phone call to the installation. Joe Blundell was able to come out to my house to verify the dimensions of the window needing replacement without my having to take a day off from work. The price was a bit high, but I understand that mine was a small project in a very busy season for window guys. The gentleman who did the installation was very polite and professional. He left no mess behind and even cleaned the new window after installation. The window has a 20-year warrantee on insulation and All Service Glass provides a 1-year warrantee on installation. I'm very happy with the results.

I would highly recommend them.  If I have anything related to glass they are the first ones I call.

We had two work crews show up early in the morning and the were eager to go. They were all very polite and used covers over their shoes. They completed the job in one day. As mentioned above, we ran into a few problems, but the company and owner were more very professional. They did a great job!

The experience was very good from start to finish. The business accepted pictures from me to help minimize costs and isolate the problem. When the technician arrived, he was extremely polite, and extremely knowledgeable as well. He was quick, efficient, and informed us of what cause the problem and identified other problems that could be resolved by just some of our own actions. I was very pleased with the service and general cost. A happy customer!

I contacted All Service glass in order to replace the glass panes on multiple windows where the seal had failed and the windows were foggy.  When they came out to measure the windows, I was informed that since I was the original homeowner, the particular brand of windows had a lifetime warranty and I could get the panes replaced under warranty.  (Something I had never been told by my builder or the many other glass companies who have replaced foggy panes over the years.)  By informing me of the warranty, All Service lost over $1000 in business; however, they gained a loyal customer.  They even sent me the contact information I needed to file the warranty claim.   I did at least order some glass for a shelving unit as well as new window screens.  If I need any glass items in the future, I guarantee I will purchase from All Service Glass.

I had leaking Windows for 4 years. I went through various contractors but none of them solved the issue and in some cases made it worse (apparently caulking is not the answer to every problem). So I decided to go with professional window installers.

All Service Glass were very responsive and when the owner came for inspection he knew exactly what?s need to be done. Now it has been a year and the windows are no longer leaking. They reinstalled the windows, which apparently the builders did now know how to install, and changed the house sidings that needed to be replaced due to rot.

They were the only company who were willing to re-install my exiting windows without having to buy new ones. After the work was done I also used them again to install a new bath room window.

Customer service was very good and the crew was very professional and friendly.

I will definitely use them again for any window project I decide to do.

It  went terrific.  I will recommend this company to everyone.   All Service Glass did do our Church Sanctuary Doors and I had said that in the future if we needed some windows done at our house I would use them, and we did !!!  Mr. Blundell is a man of integrity and honesty.

It went great.  They were prompt and professional in bidding the projects at the two separate locations.  When the glass came in they called and installed within a day or two.  They were always on time and focused on the job.  Scott was my installer and I was very happy with the work that he did. I will definitely use them in the future.
Working with them was a nice change from other companies that often say they will come out and then don't show up or follow through.  All Service Glass provides quality service and follows through on their appointments.

They came out to measure and give an estimate a few days after our first call.  From my first contact they were professional, courteous and "on the ball".  During discussions with the scheduler, she even took the initiative to send a "street view" picture of my hosue to me to confirm we were estimating the right windows!  What a time saver!

I came home and found the broken window. They did a good job. They were prompt and were here when they said they would be. The quality of their work was good and their bid was fair as well. They did a good job of dismantling, cleaning up and installing.

I had two large 58 x 64 vinyl windows that needed exterior trim.  They were able to install PVC brick mold that matched the windows and fitted perfectly.  Very good job, reasonably priced.

They showed up on time and were very professional.  Although it was during the holiday time, they kept me informed and arranged the special order replacement ahead of the estimate.  Good people to work with.

All service glass was exceptional.  Originally we just had window and door replacements but during the job there was some major issues of dry rot underneath the siding and windows installed without proper flashing.  They explained all the details and made special arrangements to get the job done in a timely manner.  All workers were very professional and we have peace of mind that it was done right.  They went above and beyond and Joe was here throughout the work and for final inspection.
