AARON BROTHERS ART & FRAMING

We got them off Angie's List, they missed the time line, didn't do the best job, and were pricey. We want go back to them, we'll go somewhere else, it took twice as long as they said, we kept checking back, and they never called us back. We always called them and the customer service was surly, they kept saying, it's not ready, what can we say?

They were very expensive and I thought they were overpriced. The price was more than I expected. They did an excellent job. I would recommend getting a firm quote. My expectations were that it was going to be less than it was. I probably wouldn't go back and I would look around for someone else.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATED DATE 10 DAYS FROM WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF, IT WAS NOT DONE FOR A WEEK AFTER THAT.

THE PIECES FRAMED WERE OKAY EXCEPT FOR ONE THAT THE TOP OF THE PICTURE WAS CROPPED AND WHEN WE HAD DISCUSSED THE FRAMING WITH THE STAFF PERSON, WE HAD AGREED THAT THE BOTTOM WOULD BE CROPPED TO FIT THE MAT/FRAME. ALSO, THE PICTURES WERE NOT FINISHED WHEN EXPECTED AND ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL TELLING ME THEY WERE DONE, WHEN I GOT THERE THEY IN FACT WERE NOT COMPLETED. SO I HAD TO MAKE AN EXTRA TRIP SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO PICK THEM UP.
