It is clean and friendly. It is open 24 hours and there is always someone there to help you at the front desk. I have no complaints about them.

We arrived and were told to wait for someone that would help us and give us a tour of the club. We did have to wait about 15 minutes until we were introduced to the tour guide. We were then given a tour of the club and during the tour we were asked a lot of questions about why we want to join, what we hoped to gain from the club, which services we would be using, etc. After the tour, we were then led to the office area where all the numbers were given to us for joining. We were given the information for purchasing time with a Personal Trainer, which is the only time I really felt the hard sell come on. Once we made it clear we were not interested in the Personal Trainer, we then were given the final numbers for joining the club. We did end up joining and feel it is a great club, with a very clean environment, fun people and the classes are terrific too. I would definitely recommend this club to a friend.
