This work was done for a relative who is not well, so I don't think he supervised any of the work--but I was told it looked like they had done a very good job and stacked waste neatly near the trash pickup area.

He lives a six-to-eight hour roundtrip from my house. I spent several days talking to him on the phone just to have a shed built. He kept saying he could do it, but he didn't tell me that he lived that far away until the last day, which was ridiculous. He kept assuring me that he could do it. I asked him to show up early in the morning. He didn't show up until 4:00 in the afternoon, which was pointless. There was no reason to even show up. He showed up despite my emails asking him not to show up if he was going to leave that late. He wasted like a week of my time.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. I can't really expand on what I've already said except I not only found a house cleaner, I've found a friend.

Before we started moving in furniture, we had him do a deep cleaning inside the house; inside all the cabinets and the cupboards. It is a 1600-foot tri-level home. He did all the windows. There are a lot of windows. He got out there with a razor blade and scraped bird stuff off the windows. He was that precise in what he did. His pricing was extraordinary. He was very reasonable for the windows and the cleaning. We have now hired him to do our yard work because he is also a horticulturalist. He was on time, did a great job, and was pleasant to work with.
