Kim was worth every penny in helping us navigate the King County rules and paperwork associated with the critical areas ordinance. We are planning on building a single family residence on a 5 acre property which includes some areas of wetland. Kim provided an initial site visit where she roughly plotted the boundaries which she considered to be wetland. This gave us a good idea whether or not we could feasibly build a home on the property. We hired Kim again to precisely mark the boundaries and categorize the wetlands and prepare all the necessary paperwork to submit to the county for our critical areas review.
