ROOF DOCTOR

Roof not installed yet due to demand and weather. They were very quick to respond to a leak.

It was great. The job was completed in one day! There was a large group of workers, the bed of their truck lifted all the way to the roof, and there was no evidence they had been there when they were done. (Except for the new roof.) I was told by some friends who work in construction that the price was high, but not waking up to hammering on my roof for multiple days was worth it, I recommend them to everyone that is getting work done on their roof.

The Contractor, Jim H, came out a total of 3x over the period of one year, to fix small leaks, and then to
finally replace the roof. He charged nothing for the 3 visits, until the last one when we did the replacement of
the roof.
He also was approx. 25% less than the other 2 contractors we got a bid from.
He is professional, courteous and works with you on a very personal basis.
Great work by him and his crew, outstanding clean up and job finished on time with no hassels.
Highly recommend him.
We have a very upscale home and he treated it as such. Wore cloth footies whenever he came inside.

They arrived promptly at the agreed time and went right to work. They were so efficient and worked very well together to get the job finished. They were very careful of their surroundings making sure they did not disturb or damage anything around the house. They all worked hard to get the job done in one day. The clean up was great. It was as if they had never been here. And we love the new roof. It is beautiful! Jimmy Holden organized everything from the initial bid to the last visit. He did an awesome job and was very nice to work with. We would highly recommend Jimmy and his crew for any roofing job. They get the job done!

Couldn't fault anything about the job. Estimator (one of the owners) was very thorough, easy to talk to, answered all questions. Came when they said they would, about 10 guys, and were faster than I thought was possible. I didn't know that nails could be hammered that fast.

Was slightly concerned when I came home for lunch- lots of pieces of torn-off shingles laying around the house, the remains of their lunches in the yard, etc. I asked the foreman, and he said they never touch anything on the ground until they are done with the roof, then pick up everything. Sure enough, when I came home at 5, the job was completely finished, the crew was gone, and you had to look hard to find any evidence they had even been there.

Roof looks perfect, and no evidence of any defects of any kind. Owner told me to simply call if there were any problems, and they would come, pronto, and fix it. A warranty that is elegant in its simplicity.

Roof Doctor originated here in Chehalis, I think, and have been at it for 50 years. They completely dominate the roofing market here, and for good reason, in my opinion.

Price was slightly higher than a big outfit out of Tacoma, but I like to spend locally, and am happy I did. I probably could have saved a couple of thousand with a and quot;one man showand quot;, but it would have stretched over a week or two, at least, and there's always the possibility of rain around here.
