Description of Work: We use them for both our home and our business. I can't say enough good things about how easy to work with and professional they are. I even had a late night emergency with losing heat in our tropical plant greenhouse. They went above and beyond to take care of us.

 + -1 moreWe've used a few different propane companies over the years. All have either disappeared or been "absorbed" by the national companies. Since we own our own tanks, we want the flexibility of requesting a fill when needed and being able to shop for a decent price. We decided to try PacWest as an alternative to one of the larger companies that had previously rescheduled, delayed or booked appointments 2-3 weeks out and not been as reliable as we'd hoped. PacWest was apologetic they couldn't get to us faster than 4 days from when I called. They ended up coming 2 days earlier than scheduled. Their pricing was very competitive and we're happy to be able to support an independent local business. The only downside was that we smelled propane for a short time following the fill. Not sure how or where that came from but within an hour it was gone.

 + -1 moreDerrick was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain key maintenance issues, safety inspections results, and maintenance considerations with me. We believe their ongoing propane per gallon pricing will remain competitive with other vendors that service the east King County area. The tank installation and propane tank transfer was carefully and appropriately performed. I strongly recommend using his firm and we anticipate that all ongoing propane tank refills will go smoothly, with routine safety checks as Derrick indicated.
Description of Work: Delivered a newly refurbished propane tank, set (including new connection parts & regulator) and leveled. As this is new tank that we purchased from PacWest, Derrick (part-owner of this family business) transferred the propane from the existing leased tank to the newly installed tank. In addition, Derrick performed a propane line safety inspection outside, in crawl space, and at the three propane sources within the house (i.e. the main furnace and two propane gas stoves).
