This company is the best I have ever found in over 50 years of home ownership..  They are  responsive, efficient, technically proficient, show up on time, pay attention to details and are very reasonably priced.

We had windows replaced in our home and needed to have our security system reinstalled on the new windows.  We also did a security upgrade at the same time.  We got several bids and were impressed that when Polos Electronics came out we were talking to the owner and installer, we considered that a big plus.  Andy and his assistant were great to work with.  They were responsive, quick and cleaned up everything when done.  They met with our window installers and coordinated their work with them.  All went well, we were very pleased.

We obtained estimates for the job from three companies, all highly rated online. Of the three, Polos? estimate was the most affordable by a substantial margin. While we were not shopping strictly for a bargain, and in fact choosing the least expensive bid often seems dangerous, neither did we want to needlessly throw money at the project. There were other important criteria that influenced our final decision. Namely, when Andy and Brad came to our home to provide a free consultation, we soon came to appreciate Andy?s keen knack for perceiving the layout of the house, and quickly and clearly proposing how he would most elegantly and effectively achieve our wiring goals. He was much more adept and articulate with his proposals than either of the other two folks who came to estimate the same job. We were very impressed with, and appreciative of that!

Andy was easy to work with and was helpful in developing the proper scope for our project. He was very open to completing the work in phases to support our budget and as work progressed adapted to our providing pieces of the equipment required that were readily available from Internet. Perfect. Andy has a good understanding of electronic equipment and makes well thought out recommendations. Both Andy, and Emberly who runs the office are extremely easy to work with. I was nervous about working with another security contractor after my expensive disaster with Security Professionals, but Andy was very knowledgeable about the equipment. He tells you the facts about what the equipment can and cannot do, and leaves the decision making up to you. In addition, he installs the equipment the way you want it. No false statements. I really appreciated working with such a professional company this time around.

Andy and Brad arrived promptly, were very professional and did a very high quality job installing 9 CAT6e internet connections, 5 cable connections and a 36 inch structured wiring box as a hub for the house. They were very neat and cleaned up prior to leaving. The job not only met but exceeded our expectations.

andy was great to deal with. He was willing to utilize owner's equipment, and even suggested ways to save money. The installation was as expected both in terms of difficulty and timing, and no surprise charges. Very nice job, very fair pricing (I did obtain other bids for the same work).

They were accurate, professional, and patient (as we had to learn how to work everything)! Already booking them for additional work. From start to finish, they came out to give us an accurate qoute on what we wanted, suggested some items to make the system better without increasing cost, and were on time with all of their deliverables. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HARD WORKERS. THEY GOT UNDER THE HOUSE AND IN THE ATTIC TO INSTALL THE SURROUND SOUND THROUGHOUT THE IN/OUTER OF THE HOME. THEY ALSO INSTALLED THE INTERCOM EQUIPMENT NEEDED.
