N-HANCE WOOD RENEWAL

The company as a whole was great to work with. From the secretary to the salesman that showed us how the service works and the crew that does the refinishing..  This is a family owned business.  They showed up promptly.  They were very professional and  courteous.  They took great care to protect all the necessary areas.  They paid attention to details like making the end of my cutting board match the color of the cupboards and putting new door protectors on the inside of all the doors.  They shut much quieter now.
This procedure is a great way to get like new looking cabinets for a lot less money than new ones.  If you do not have the time and know how to resurface your own, I would highly recommend this company.

The crew showed up on time to start work . We told them we weren't sure we wanted the color tint at a cost of almost $300 extra for each coat. They clean the cabinets and then showed us a sample of the color change they could accomplish with one coat. We approved the one coat color sample. We went out for lunch and returned to find the color on the cabinets was much darker than we had authorized. It was also very sloppy looking. They thought they would do us a favor and put two coats of color tint on the cabinets. The work looked horrible - like and 1960's amateur antiquing job. There were streaks and runs all through the work. We called the owner that night and told him that we had a problem with the workmanship. The next day a guy was sent to try to repair it, but he could not get it fixed. We agreed to release N-Hance from and responsibility to strip and repair the cabinets and they agreed to not charge us for the work performed and release us from the contract. We may have let them off the hook to lightly. But my wife did not want them doing any more work on (damage to) the cabinets. My wife and I must now need to completely strip and refinish our cabinets to repair the damage done by N-Hance. They told us this was only the second problem job they have had in four years. If you use them be careful of the color tinting process. I think the second, unauthorized, coat of tinting is where our project went wrong. I continue to think they charge a lot for what they do.

He was experienced at doing the technique. When it was finished they were good enough that I didn't have to replace them before selling my house. He made them look just like they were brand new.
