I hadn't used the heat or AC for awhile, and realized the furnace wasn't pumping out heat. Steve from Comfort Mechanical had made a service call last winter, so I called him directly. He came the same day and replaced the capacitor in the heat pump. Before he left, he checked the furnace and all other parts of the system, checked the thermostat, adjusted the timing, tested everything. Steve is friendly and professional and I will definitely call him again if I need more service.
