Our cleaner was professional, however...I asked about the Angie’s list coupon when I called, and at the time of payment and was told, “we’ll get you next time”. Also, when I inquired about them moving furniture they said “of course” over the phone, but that didn’t happen, my husband asked about our couch and we moved that to uncover blaring omission. Days later, I see spots under the table and areas that were either ignored or, if the furniture had been moved even a little would have been caught easily. I expect that for the money we paid, that I wouldn’t be so “meh” about the job that was done, the up sales were a couple hundred more than I was quoted on the phone, and I half expected that. I’m disappointed really, but otherwise it was a decent job. I appreciated his earnest and enthusiastic approach, but I feel like there is a disconnect between the what the phone service/sales states and the actual service person does and push harder for the “coupon” or discount if you use them from here.

"Chrysta, I wish you would have called and spoke to the office about said issues. As you can see from our previous reviews, this is not the norm for our company. We strive for "A" ratings and we obviously fell short. We would like the opportunity to make you happy, we just need to know there is an issue. It's not whether or not companies slip up, that will happen for sure. We have human employees. We want to make sure that when it happens, we give you the attention needed to make sure it gets fixed 100%. You never told us about the issue and never gave us the opportunity to correct the issue. Can we fix the issue for you?"

The owner did a great job on the large stain downstairs - making sure to deeply saturate the area to remove all smell and stickiness. The guy he got to stretch the carpets did a great job! The high-traffic areas look good. There was a blue spot in one of my boys' bedrooms that remained after the cleaner left. I used some Folex and it came right out, so I'm not sure if that wasn't treated or if he just got the bulk of it so it was easy for me to get out. Also, there's a pet stain on the living room carpet that I have yet to treat. It doesn't seem like the owner treated stains other than the large one I pointed out in the downstairs family room. Overall, the cost wasn't cheap, but this was a large job. When I take out what we paid for the stretching, the cost of the carpet cleaning was a very good value.

They were great! Father and son team were personable and efficient. They took time to explain to me which vents were active and inactive, in addition to how I could save money on my heating and a/c bill with a few vent tricks. They accidentally chatted me for a vent which was inactive so they cleaned my dryer vent free of charge to make up for it!

Okay overall. Workers moved fast but didn't spend much time working on extra spots. Never asked if I was satisfied with the work. Didn't honor advertised Angie's List coupon on the app. Needed to use another provider for a small additional job this provider was reluctant to book; that follow-on provider offered to clean up the dirtier areas left behind by this provider (and worked a lot harder to make us happy with the job).

The carpets in our home are now clean and beautiful! From start to finish, our experience with CleanCo was excellent. Great communication during scheduling and on the day of service. Prompt arrival. Staff is knowledgeable and experienced. The carpets dried very quickly and look new again. I am pleased and impressed with the job CleanCo did. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Craig with CleanCo did a great job! We have lived in our house for 11 years and never had the ducts cleaned. I appreciate that Craig was mindful of the dust/debris the cleaning would generate; he asked me to put a sheet over a certain area where the dust would be the worst, and he asked to borrow a broom so he could sweep up an area on the kitchen linoleum. He told us we would have 50-80 percent less dust in the house after the cleaning, and he was right. I would say the amount of dust is 75% less in our home, which my husband, who has allergies, greatly appreciates. As do I. Less dusting for me to do! We appreciated Craig's work so much that I cancelled the carpet-cleaning appointment we had with a larger company and hired CleanCo instead. Craig cleaned the carpets yesterday and they are beautiful - the house smells fresh, the carpets are soft and rejuvenated. The steam cleaner was so strong that it removed the furniture dents in the carpet - we couldn't tell which areas to move the furniture back to. We are very happy with CleanCo and will call them again for our ducts and carpet cleaning.

Craig arrived in the window I was given. He explained what he was going to do after I showed him the affected areas. He got to work and took care of my three rooms. He was courteous and professional.

Our family room carpet was really dirty (dogs, etc) and now looks great. It even had a red wine stain on it which he got out. I am very pleased. He had a problem getting the fan in our smaller furnace to come back on. We couldn't figure out why since it had been serviced just two months ago. It turned out the the batteries in the thermostat had corroded. He worked for a long time trying to get the problem (which was not his fault at all) resolved. He called to say he was delayed by a flat tire and would be there between 12 and 1. He actually arrived about 2. Because of the furnace issue, it meant that the job ran really late. He offered to stay or come back the next day. In the end, we asked him to stay as we had plans the next day and he did. I really appreciated his tenacity.
