RPS Appliance Repair

They are listed under handyman services but when I inquired about other repair work I would like done, there are a lot of things they don't do such as carpentry repairs, or work on some other appliances.

Super honest.  They told us that they couldn't find a leak and showed us where the water appeared to have come from.  They said this problem usually comes from using too much soap, or having soap build up.  They sent to men out, who managed to do the work with no damage to the floor or walls, even though the space is pretty tight. 
They let us know that if there actually was a leak they would come back without charging for another service call, Turned out they were correct.  The washer worked just fine after running a clean cycle.  No leaks.  They also advised us to run the clean cycle at least once a month.  We have had no problems since.
Their pricing is much better than other places.  The $80 fee included their travel trime, and we live far from any town.  We would not hesitate to call this company again.

 I work as part of a management team for rental properties and RPS was always quick, reliable, and the quality of work has always been outstanding! They are always a pleasure to work with. All my tenants had nothing but wonderful things to say of them, very professional, fast and great at what they do! Pricing for work is always very fair, and better than most contractors out there! Always thorough in diagnosis issues, offering options, and completing work in a timely manner. You can't go wrong with RPS! I could sing their praises all day! Love this company! They can do it all!

Our dishwasher always had water remaining inside the machine after the wash cycle was completed.  I finally decided to bring someone in to repair this problem.  This was the first time I have ever used this type of service so I decided to go on Angie's list to help me navigate thru the process of hiring someone.  I choose RLS based on the reviews and I was not disappointed.  They were prompt, courteous, thorough and pursued the problem until it was resolved.  I looked forward to using their services againg and would highly recommend them.

I had used RPS in the past to do a variety of repairs and maintenance with which I was very pleased. Josh and Brandon were very responsible and even worked late to complete laying the tile in my guest bath because I had family coming. I was pleased with their work and felt they were reasonably priced, so I had them do some additional jobs. When I needed more repairs completed this past month, I called RPS. Brandon and Josh (a different Josh) were quick to give me an estimate and to begin the work I requested. In fact, they had given me an estimate for repairing my dishwasher when they were here last Spring, and when they came to give me an estimate for additional work, they were prepared to take care of the dishwasher while one of them went around the house with me to discuss what I wanted done. These guys do anything and everything around the house and do excellent work. I was always comfortable with them and appreciated their flexibility  when I had a conflict and could not be home. Some of the repairs turned out to be more time consuming than originally thought, but I the bill was the same amount as the estimate I was given. These guys even did what they could to discourage some critters from moving back under my deck. When I need more work done, I will definitely call RPS!
