I had originally bid for a lumber deck. Upon further discussion, David recommended a Trex deck which my wife and I approved. The work was done in part by one of David's subcontractors who did an excellent job. I had asked whether David would supervise the work, which he did. He also worked on the project with his son at various times. We hired David Rowland once previously when we needed to have some repairs done to our house prior to selling it. David did a good job for us then and was reasonably priced. We felt comfortable working with him. When we needed a contractor to build a deck at our new house, we naturally turned to him for help. We are glad we did.
