Ron was a contractor working for Paul Haugen Construction of Gig Harbor. I didn't hire him direcly.
The installation he did was absolutely beyond reproach. He is the epitome of professional. He spent more time ensuring the underlayment was just right than he did in the actual linoleum installation. This included removing and reinstalling screws, hammering down nails, and scraping any other high points. He then proceeded to put down filler and wait for it to dry. The next part of the process was cutting in the linoleum. After cut in he pulled back half of the linoelum, put glue on the underlayment, and let it dry. Then repeated the gluing procedure for the other half of the linoleum. The finishing touch was the transition pieces cut to perfection.
