Craig MacDonald was referred to me over 171/2 years ago by a friend who works in the heating/air conditioning industry. He came very highly recommended and he has not disappointed us all these years. We had him install our gas furnace in 1996 and get it running. He did an excellent job so we have depended on him all these years to maintain our gas furnace. He is very dependable, he always returns calls within a reasonable amount of time, (usually within an hour). He actually came out once on a cold Christmas Eve to fix a problem. He is very meticulous and never leaves a mess. He is very knowledgeable and never misses a diagnosis. He gets right to the problem and fixes it as soon as possible. He clearly explains the problem and the solution. He is a complete gentleman, never swears or is offensive and he is very clean cut and professional in every way. I would trust him completely to be in my home when I am away. He charges honest prices for excellent work. You will be happy with his work and glad to know him. I keep telling him he can't ever retire or move away. He is a great repairman and a real nice guy. I am thankful to know him all these years.
