HSCC1, Inc.

I contracted with HSCC1, Inc on August 6, 2024. After writing them a check for half of the cost of the project (114,000.00) that was the last dealings I had with them. The wife of the contractor must handle all the paper work. She told she would order the tanks for my project the next day (8/7/2024) because the company who makes tanks was running three to four weeks behind, wanted to start working as soon as the health department approved my septic design. A couplTe of weeks of waiting I began to develop A concern that something wasn't quite right. My first call was to the company who manufacturers the tank. They had never received an order to start the tanks. After that I called the AG's office, L & I the health department and the BBB. Besides filing complaints with those agencies, I filed a police department. I found out there was another lady, who lived close to me they had done the very same thing to her. When going over the L & I site I found HSCC1,Inc wasn't covered by L, & I therefore they were not eligible to work on any new projects, or enter into any new contracts. The owner, or his wife, will not answer my calls or return my calls. They have started a new business in The Post Falls, ID area and it's my belief they will continue to practice their business just like they did in WA State.

Selling property in King County requires septic inspection prior to sale. Per Realtor recommendation, we hired HSCC1. They walked us through the process, explaining the inspection process and explained what would prompt septic pumping. Since we were selling, we decided to add the pumping for new owners. They contacted separate pumping contractor, aligning their schedules. They were on time, prompt, very efficient and enjoyable to talk to. They addressed all our question as they worked and we learned a lot. Inspection and pumping took less than two hours. They promptly submitted the report to the County, keeping us informed along the way. Would highly recommend.

We have been trying to get a hold of the company for a month now. Our staff has tried emailing and calling them over 100 times with no response. It has been really hard to get a response from them. We are still struggling with this currently.

Howard was awesome he showed up on time I told him what I wanted he done his inspection gave me a price, time and date, he showed up with his crew, work was done and completed the same day, awesome job!

We had to have an O & M and RSS piror to selling our vacant acre. We had installed the septic system 26 years ago but never built the house so it was never used. Without power, or water to the site, HSCC1 brought out a generator and hoses, exposed the tank lids, even helped us clear some brush and a downed log for access. They were the only company we contacted that was willing to go the extra mile in our unusual septic circumstance, and the price was reasonable and fair. Definitely recommend them!

They were able to come quickly and did a good job with installing septic tank risers. Staff was friendly and the price was much better than competitors I spoke too.
