Architectural Service
This company has numerous lawsuits for architectural fraud. Like many others, the owner, George Belmore, took money for services and either didn't complete or did incorrectly. Lawsuits in six figures and more to come. State agencies are investigating this business and you should stay away. A simple search of Pierce county recorded documents name search is all you need to do.
