CONCRETE IMPRESSIONS

I had 3-different contractors make a bid; one was $4K lower but they inspired no confidence in me. The estimator couldn’t answer even basic questions about concrete so I nixed them. Second company came in at about same cost as Concrete Impressions, but again, did not inspire confidence (not horrible, just a few too many unanswered questions). Terry from Concrete Impressions came out and explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it. He covered everything I was concerned about, answered my questions on the spot, and patiently explained a number of things I hadn’t thought about. Bottom line, Terry knows what he’s doing and I felt like our project was in good hands. Bonus, he kept me in the loop as to project status during weather delays. He called me, I didn’t have to chase him down to find out what was going on; good communication is very important to me and he nailed it. Terry & his crew showed up on time ready to work. They took good care to protect the exterior of the house and doors and made sure the work site was cleaned up properly at end of day. All in all, they did a fantastic job of taking my vision and making it a reality. It has completely changed the look and feel of our backyard and we are very pleased with the end result! Cost for patio: $15,500 total, tax included ($14.57 per sq ft) Cost for garden pad: $1894 total, tax included ($8.67 per sq ft) Time from start to finish: 2.5 weeks (could have been done faster but weather plays a factor when dealing with concrete)

Mr Robert Ramsey came out to survey the requirements, made an offer and stated when he could do the job. The job was completed on the date and time stated. The job was professionally completed. The work site was cleaned up and he departed.

It went beautifully! Jesse and his crew took care of the demolition in one day and poured/leveled the next.
