COLDWELL BANKER

The conduct of Coldwell Banker realtor Greg Kelly was unprofessional and exposed me, the buyer and Coldwell Banker to significant liability. He left the prospective buyer at my home unsupervised with my front door standing wide open. He failed to notify my realtor and I of the date and time of the home inspection. Although it clearly states on the paperwork for my home that I must be notified prior to anyone entering the house so that I can remove the dog, Mr. Kelly failed to do so. The dog is territorial, can bite, and on one occasion bit an uninvited visitor badly enough to need Emergency Department care. Despite this, Mr. Kelly, let the home inspector into my house without notification, exposing both of them to the risk of being bitten. He released my dog into the front yard, which is not completely fenced. He put at risk the inspector, my neighbors and my dog. Had the dog bitten someone, it could have resulted in a lawsuit against me, caused unnecessary pain to an indivudal, and cost my dog his life.Coldwell Banker is probably a fairly good firm, but avoid Greg Kelly. His wrecklessness could cost you dearly.
