Greenhouse and Nursery Service
Purchased trees but did not pick them up. Plans changed and I went back and requested a refund, expecting to possibly pay a restock fee, even though the trees had not left their lot. I was informed that they do not do refunds; there was nothing posted that I could see in the store/office area and there is nothing noting this on their receipt. I filled a claim with Visa and Yang's replied to them stating that the no refund policy is clearly posted in their facility. I spent at least 15 minutes waiting in their store when I went back for the refund and looked for something stating their policy but saw nothing.
