Mike Williams came on the quoted date/time to give me estimate. He even counselled me on the negative end results of taking out some trees that resulted in less business for him. (He was right.) The work done exceeded my expectations, at a far lower cost than I anticipated. They showed up on date promised, with all the equipment needed to do the job, including boom truck, chipper, stump grinder. etc. Five great guys worked HARD and continuously until finished, including doing a great job of cleanup with no damage to the rest of the landscaping. Would hire them again with no qualms.

Mike and his team came on the day of the job and got to work right away. A couple days prior he had introduced himself to neighbors to let them know what was going to happen and that he'd be closing off the alley. His team is quick, organized, conscientious, and friendly. I would hire them again without reservations.

The crew showed up later than I expected but that was due entirely to my expectation. The job was scheduled for a given day and that was the day they showed. It was a two-man crew and they were friendly, with my questions answered fully. The lead man made suggestions for alterations in my thinking based on his professional knowledge that he made clear I could follow or ignore.. Since it would be stupid to hire a professional and then ignore his input, I went along with his suggestions. The crew was amazingly fast, both because they were experienced and energetic, but also because they had good equipment that was sharpened and very effective. Clean-up was far more thorough than I had anticipated and the only thing left for us to do was to cart off the pieces of the largest branches they cut for us to use as firewood which they did willingly even though it slowed them down and other bidders had balked at the idea. Their bid was lower than others and the job was scheduled and done within a week. It was an entirely positive experience and the only thing that would have made it better would have been if it were free. I can't imagine a better, more prompt, more professional, more comfortable and professional crew and I would hire them again in a minute.

He has taken down several trees for me. They are fantastic. I would not trust that job to anyone but them. There was a lot of work when I moved into this house and they took care of all of that. Last year, there was a tree, we were expecting a big wind storm, they came by and I said yeah, I want that one down too. It was my neigbors. I told them to tell my neighbor, I will pay half if she will pay half and she agreed to do it. The first thing I did was tackle the yard and take down trees that were bad. They did a lot work for me. They were very responsive. They gave me an estimate and within a week came back to do the work.

It took about 30 minutes. They were fast and professional and did a very complete job removing the tree, stump and roots.

Crew arrived on time for both estimate and appoinment. Fit me into their extremely busy schedule after windstorm in out area. Even though they were working 7 days straight, the crew was cheerful, thorough and professional. Would hire them again! Quiclkly finished job. Another company was at neighbors house and left cut branch hanging from tree and had to return following day as did not complete job correctly. Glad I made this choice.

Arrived on time with a very polite, efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking crew that cared about the surrounding bushes near the trees.

It went very well, Mike was professional, courteous and responsive as we coordinated via email; on the day we had the work scheduled, he called approximately 15 minutes before arriving.  They were thorough and professional, and incredibly efficient. They cut-down the stump, and quartered it so we could move it easily, ground it down to below grade, and tidied up before they left.  We will definitely use their services again, and recommend them without hesitation.

Went very well, the job was right on the estimate and was completed within 4 days of my initial request for an estimate.  The crew showed up on time and made short work of the two Japanese cherry trees.  That afternoon the stump removal crew finished the job.  Both crews were courteous and efficient and both did excellent clean up work.  Would certainly use Williams again.

They came exactly when they were scheduled. The team of six were courteous, highly skilled, and efficient in their work. The best part is that they cleaned up afterward ....even the street, Excellent job!

The crew showed up right on time, and were very professional in appearance.  They went to work right away, and completed the job very quickly.  They left the front yard, and street spotless.  After the work was completed, the guys gave me some peace of mind by evaluating the potential damage risk to my home from some very large hemlocks.  In addition, they spent some time showing me how to properly prune my Japanese Maple, and made some great landscaping recommendations.  I honestly can't recall when I have been so pleased, almost overwhelmed, with such quality of service, as I am with Williams Tree.  Most highly recommend these guys, what a fantastic crew!

Mike and his crew made very short work of the tree and stump.  They were in and out in less than 6 hrs including the removal of all the debris and clean-up of the affected lawn and hardscape areas. The whole crew was friendly, professional and you could tell they all enjoyed their work.  We would hire Mike Williams Tree and Stump Removal anytime.

We have had "other" tree service done for us in the past. This is the first time we have used Williams. We will vever use anyone other than Williams from now on. The reasons are simple.
1) Mike, the owner said his team would start work early on Friday. Guess what, they were on time and even early.
2) Mike said it would take about 1/2 of the day to accomplish. Guess what, it took 1/2 of the day.
3) His crew were extremely polite and took the time to explain things to me. They also listened to what I wanted.
4) Mike told me that his crew would leave the area "Park-like" clean... Guess what, they did!
It is so nice to give business to a local company that truely appreciates it. They not only meant my expectations, they exceeded them!
If you need tree service, I highly recommend Williams.
