SANDRA NEWELL INTERIOR DESIGN

My career in new construction real estate sales spans over 26 years and Sandy Newell has been the designer for a number of custom and production builders I have worked with over the years. She is by far my favorite. From model homes for affordable communities to Street of Dreams builders, Sandy's sense of design is sophisticated yet warm and very livable for the majority of Pacific NW people. She has an acute eye for color which I have found you either have or you don't which is why you find so many designers staying with safe neutrals. Sandy is able to use color that enriches her projects but doesn't over power them. I really haven't found another designer in either the Tacoma or Seattle areas that I have enjoyed working with as much as Sandy. As a side bar, my first career was 12 years as a interior designer and I understand the difference between "good" and "great" in this field! I have also had her clients tell me she "listens" which is what you need when working with anyone in any industry if you want a successful end. Good luck on your next design project!
