Had to leave town, as my father passed away, and forgot to call. They showed up, contacted us, and proceded with their services, and billed us. Normally payment is day of service, but that were very understanding and helpful. My neighbor commented on how nicely they cleaned up afterwards as well.

Came when they promised, very professional. Fair price. Others gave estimates but never followed through. Cleaned up after the job and left the area as it was before. I would use them again.

They re-scheduled the appointment two different times and delaying it. They were not very efficient in their schedule.

Dan is knowledgeable and courteous. They are prompt and dependable. I trust them with the maintenance and repair needs on our roof.

They always come and did great work. Their responsiveness is really important. Dan is the owner who works directly with the customers. I have a lot of confidence in them.

I've used them twice. I wasn't very happy with their cleanup. They left all kinds of debris underneath. They did the roof fine but I had to get the hose up underneath on the fascia to get it cleaned off.

I was told they would show up at 9 am. I hurried out of the house that morning only to find someone there at 5 pm still cleaning. We had to change dinner plans as we were going to BBQ. They did a good job of cleaning the roof, but I still had a lot of debris to clean up in the yard after. I am pretty picky about that. Also, I had some water somehow get in the house and down my dining room light and puddled on my dining room table. When I called to ask about it Dan the owner said it was probably from a vent and not to worry. I have NOT had any water inside since (I was worried I had a leak now) but it was pretty discouraging to see. Not sure where it DID come from.

Dan, the owner, came out in the pouring rain on a Friday afternoon days before our planned appointment (for gutter and chimney cleaning) to fix a leaking skylight. He returned the following week and cleaned both fireplaces and chimneys, then sent his crew to clean the roof and gutters. He also promptly returned a few days later when the skylight starting leaking again. He and his crew are responsive, thorough and don't leave a mess behind. The prices were fair and I will definitely use them again.

We had estimates from $700 to over $2,000 for the job. Rooftop Services was at the low end of pricing and included a discount and gas card to boot. It is a messy job, but the result was very nice.
