+ -1 moreSo far, it has gone ok with updated drawing sent to us by e-mail. I had hoped that part of the design would have been completed in time to do construction before winter, but that did not happen.
Description of Work: To date, this firm provided preliminary drawings for additions and remodel of a small waterfront beach cabin. Currently reviewing preliminary drawings before construction drawings begin. The plans look good and the firm updates them with changes I suggest via e-mail. Very pleasant firm and located in the main business area of Gig Harbor about 2 blocks from the waterfront. I expect the total fee for this rather small job to approach $3,500 or so.
