I called this service provider on April 6, 2015 to inquire about an estimate for mowing my lawn on a bi-weekly schedule. It has been almost a week and I have never received a call back. In my opinion, if the service provider cannot return a call for future business, they are unprofessional and do not deserve my business.

Phil and crew were polite, honest, trustworthy, and performed tasks as agreed upon. They were mostly reliable. Sometimes got confused about the “first Monday” when it was the 1st or 2nd day of the month. On the other hand, they accommodated when I asked for service on a different day (storm debris or having guests) and were OK if I didn’t need service for a month or 2 in winter. This winter I regretted leaving winter pruning to their judgment, instead of pointing out specific plants, as they cut an azalea and new evergreen bush back almost to the ground (neither should have been cut). Both survived but will take years to recover; 4 sedges did not survive.

He also trims trees and does landscaping; he is really good. He is very nice to work with and is reliable. I have a friend who has used him for 5 years and she would not use anyone else. Phil charges $40 per hour.
