Description of Work: This inspection was absolutely useless. Lots of pressure on the inspector since the property is for sale by the realtor owner. Many significant issues were discovered after this inspector told us all was well. Really scary! Obrien inspection refunded our fee but we'd never use them again at any cost.

O'BRIEN HOME INSPECTION SERVICE'S EMPLOYEE THAT WAS SENT TO OUR HOME (JIM) PROVIDED A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND WAS REASONABLY PRICES. HE WAS ALSO A PLEASANT FELLOW.
Description of Work: O'BRIEN HOME INSPECTION SERVICE INSPECTED THE PERIMETER OF OUR NEW HOME WE WERE THINKING OF PURCHASING.
