They were very professional. Our 2-story house is on a slope so at one end of the house, it feels like you're on a 3rd story. They had some kind of pulley/safety system where one guy was on one side of the roof while the other was on the other side in his stomach cleaning gutters, applying moss control, and installing white holiday lights. We used these lights for 4 years (eventually, the weather got to them and we didn't want to be "those" neighbors that had lights up year round although these were just white lights). We had agreed upon a price beforehand which included tax but when they presented the bill at the end, it was for the agreed amount plus tax. As soon as it was pointed out, they fixed it. The guys were really nice and they were willing to take on just about any job from painting to power washing, etc. not because they say they can do anything, but they actually have the know-how to do it. I listed the job as holiday decorating because that was the primary purpose of having them come out but half of what they did involved cleaning the rain gutters and doing moss control for the roof too. I would highly recommend these guys and hope to do business with them again once we have more projects. Thanks Mike!

My wife and I purchased a home last month that had a backyard deck that was weathered and in very poor condition. I called Mike at NarrowsPro and he came out right away and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. He explained the entire process to us and we decided that a solid color stain would be best. Mike brought stain color samples to us so that we would know exactly what the finished deck would look like. Mike spent a good deal of time on the sanding and prepping work and because of that, both deck and porch now look like new and we are extremely pleased with his workmanship. Mike's attention to detail and follow through is exceptional in every area. One thing that we especially liked was Mike's communication; if we had a question, all we needed to do was email or call and we would get a response very quickly. We will recommend Mike to everyone we know and we definitely use his services again in the future.

Everything went excellent. Mike showed up exactly on time, and they did a great job. I'd absolutely hire them again.

Contractor responded promptly, was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up not having any lights installed but I will certainly contact this contractor for their other services when needed.

They worked their butts off and did an excellent job. They were very professional. Their bill was unreasonably low. They put up our christmas lights and took them down.
