Loren B. (owner) had given my wife an estimate to clean all of our house windows inside and out, including removal and cleaning of all of the screens. He called in advance and let me know that he was on his way out and arrived just a few minutes of the scheduled time which was due to the distance that we live out plus traffic.
Loren did an outstanding job! He was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. He wore booties while working in the house and cleaned up completely after himself. He was very timely and finished the whole job in less than for hours. I was very impressed with this young man. He was very congenial. The finished job was within a few dollars of the original estimate. We will definitely use him again. And, he also cleans rain gutters. But, I had just finished cleaning them myself.
