Called Lee at 9a and he was able to come out within 2 hours. We had a very simple issue to fix. He even provided some tips in case of future issues. I would use him again.

Lee was very prompt and had some better solution to security needs.

Houseguests accidentally locked the keys inside our house. Our extra set was in a keybox which wouldn't open. We called Knight Safe and Lock at 6pm. Lee came immediately and was there in 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and skilled. His price of $125 seemed reasonable but I don't know what this sort of thing typically costs. Impressed by the service!

Lee was awesome! I manage a rental property and we needed to replace the door locks after one broke. Lee tried to repair it at first to save us some money, but the lock was too old and broke again, so he came back the next day and we had him replaced the locks. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.
He replaced the locks, then made sure we had enough keys for all the tenants and tested each one to make sure they all worked.
A great guy too, I would hire him again anytime. : )

The phone was answered promptly by a friendly voice, and the locksmith was here exactly when he said he would be, about 2 hours later. He did about half the job, then came back the next day with the parts for the interior door lock (we didn't tell him about that one over the phone, so he wasn't prepared with the lock). The work was done promptly and correctly and the price was fair.

IT'S GOOD. IT'S JUST THAT I HATE HAVING THEM COME. I HATE HAVING THE REASON FOR IT. JUST THAT IT HAD TO BE DONE AND HE CAME AND DID IT. IT'S GETTING TO BE OLD HAT. I WISH IT WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, HE WAS PRETTY PUNCTUAL.
