Joe is a good listener and he is pretty careful to show properties that really fit. He showed us properties that really fit our stated requirements. He is a good realtor. He sort of learnt as he worked with us to know what was important to us. He paid attention to all of that, and he was very responsive and happy to help us and show us whatever we wanted to see. He was good at helping us to get to know the community because we were from other town. He is very easy go and friendly. I would use him again in the future.
