Insite Inspection

We had Terris Hanenburg performing our home inspection and he missed a lot of things (like chips in windows and cracks in walls).  Also, the report that he sent us was confusing.  There was no indication of what problem could arise if the issue wasn't fixed or how severe the various issues were.  It was a long report that if you're not an inspector doesn't really mean much.  The biggest problem, is that we are now selling our home and the buyers inspectors discovered pipes from an oil tank.  So we are now responsible for paying to decommission this oil tank (1000$) and we had no mention of this at all in our inspection.  Clearly he did not do a good job and we are paying for it now.  I would never hire this company again.

It was a very big house so the cost was reasonable. He also impressed me that he took pictures at the home we sold. His report was about sixty pages long with explanations. He was very professional and thorough.

Overall - responded to me in 24 hours and was out inspecting very quickly.

Jeff returned my phone call quickly and was able to schedule within a week. He was very prompt and professional. Inspection report was completed and returned to us within a few days.
