Did an excellent job of listing to my desires and did their best to meet them. Did not push their thoughts but worked to deliver what I wanted. Does not mean they did not make suggests and share their knowledge of the products which is better than mine. Which for me is critical. Some of what I want to pay for is their knowledge and skill.
Did troubleshooting on a very difficult problem and solved it. Electrical short, that we have been chasing for 3 years. Just showed up agin while they had the unit there.
