I had a horrible experience with our front door, with our Gig Harbor Home Depot, horrible. I ordered it in March and it just got the door in, it came wrong, they left it in the corner, got it all scratched up and broken. That was a $1600 door. It took us all the way from March until September to get it in. Nobody followed up, nobody followed through. I had to go up there a bunch of times. Then they're installer got sick and they changed installers. It was just a nightmare, the whole thing. I will never see them again. The door isn't through them its through another company, its a great door but it wasn't Home Depot's price. See the installer did a good job, its Home Depot that caused the problems. There were a couple of people that tried for professionalism but most of them forget.

I had an awesome experience with them and I can't complain with their service.  They give good windows and they backup their service.  If you do it right, you can get that offset 2 years no interest and it worked.  The one guy that did that the windows, I would probably have him come back out and do the doors because I really liked his work.  They came out, took the measurements, and Home Depot even had a guy come out the day that they were being installed.

Both companies were great. Who they send out and their checking back with me was all good.

They removed the old heat pump, and had to do some things to upgrade the system for the new unit.  

They did a good job and we are satisfied.  We chose Trane for the quality, and the installers did an excellent job. 

Finished product was well done.

THEY WERE ON TIME FOR BOTH THE APPRAISAL AND THE INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE ESTIMATE COST WAS VERY ACCURATE.
