I was checked in by a very friendly receptionist, and waited maybe 10 minutes before they called me back. The doctor and staff were very caring and professional. I was scheduled for allergy testing, and then followed up with an appointment after that. The doctor was thorough and I was prescribed with 3 different medications for my 3 different skin issues. 2 of them cleared up very quickly, but the problem on my eyelids did not clear up. I've had the problem for many years and I think it's one of those things that is difficult to diagnose - I have been to many other doctors in the past who couldn't find an effective treatment for it either.

Had no discomfort, and they explained each step.  Were friendly and caring for my well being.

The experience at Cascade Eye and Skin Clinic was very good. I like them there, that is why I continue to go. They do a great job and I've always been very satisfied. They are knowledgeable and helpful.

The appointment went very well.  I was checked in quickly and called back as soon as I sat down.  When they said the doctor would be in to see me in a minute, he really did walk in a minute later.  I received treatment and was gone in under 20 minutes.  I will go back again if needed.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Usually, it is a pleasant experience going there and dealing with them. They are on time. You don't wait in the waiting room for your appointment. They just do very good work.

I didn't have an appointment and they took me right in. After my eyes were examined, he came and in checked them himself. Dr. Drouillard was very professional, pleasant, and was concerned about my eye health.

They are excellent. They have great customer service. The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. They have a beautiful office.

I can tell you that they are absolutely excellent, and they were very thorough. The dermatologists took the time to explain before they did any procedures. They didn't just go after a mole on my husband. They explained what they were going to do before they did it, and then they did it. So we both understood what was going on. After removing the mole, their aftercare was just excellent. Dr. Nelson there is going to be our permanent dermatologist.

We are very happy with them. We are very happy with what they have done. They are very professional and very responsive. They are very cautious about having things removed and taking care of the skin. They are very timely. They have done a good job. I have not used them personally, but my husband takes care of them. They are very busy. It takes a little while to get in, unless it is an urgent matter and then of course, they will see the patients right away.

They are very good. We were referred several years ago. My wife and I use their dermatology and eye care services.

All my interactions were positive; scheduling, front desk, technicians and doctor. I have had an issue with one of my eyes for a long time that has made me lose vision in the last few years. I have seen some optometrists in the past who were not able to see my condition or diagnosed it at all. I saw Keith Dahlhauser MD and he was able to diagnose my problem and explained it to me in words I could understand and in detail. I now have a knowledge of what might happen in the future and what surgical treatments that are available.

She is very technically proficient. She really cares a lot about the patient. She follows through and makes sure that everything is working. She is very available.

Overall our experience has been very good with them. They are very friendly there and very punctual. We are very much satisfied with their service. We would continue to use them in future.
