I have been using this company for about 15 years.  I live in the country, track a lot of dirt into the house and have a dog that tracks even more dire in.  My carpets get a real beating.  Harbor Carpets does a stupendous job, even with tough pet stains.  They use a steam process rather then dry chemicals, which I appreciate.  The steaming tends to dry very quickly once they leave.  They handle oriental rugs at  a very reasonably price. Occasionally I get frustrated because they certainly are not the cheapest and have contracted to other carpet cleaners, and have always been disappointed with the alternate choice.  I have yet to find a company in the area (Gig Harbor) that does as good of work.  If anything is less than perfect, one call quickly fixes the problem.

Did a thorough job cleaning carpet. After the carpet dried there were several yellow areas on the light carpet. I called them on it and was told It was a common problem. They were glad to come back and fix the problem. They were very courteous and professional.

Very professional, they arrived late but had informed me that the job ahead of mine was taking longer than expected. They arrived at the time they estimated. They did a very thorough job and we were very pleased with the results. I would recommend them highly!!

We were very happy with them. The work was excellent. They were very responsive to our call and they sent somebody that really knew what they were doing. They were efficient and did really good work and cleaned things really well. They did everything we could have asked for. We would absolutely use them again.

I love this company. The guys were really nice. They were very accommodating with my schedule. We had to reschedule a few times. They were very professional, and they did an amazing job.

DEAN DISCUSSED THE WORK WITH ME TO BE PERFORMED AND GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR APPROVAL BEFORE THEY STARTED. THEY DID MORE THAN EXPECTED, CAREFULLY MOVING FURNITURE, CLEANING UNDERNEATH, THEN PLACING PADS FOR THE FEET BEFORE RESETTING. THEY APPEARED TO REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, CHEERFUL, AND HARDWORKING. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SERVICE AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN. WE WILL TRY THEIR HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE LATER THIS MONTH!

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING THE HOUSE AND THERE WAS TO BE AN OPEN HOUSE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. DEAN CHANGED AROUND HIS SCHEDULES IN ORDER TO ENSURE WE WERE READY TO GO. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND PROVIDED AN EXCELLENT JOB !
