Rick and his family are amazing. They went above and beyond. He answered all my calls all the time even on their days off. They are very knowledgeable, straight forward, and get it done fast and efficiently. We had originally hired another company but fired them because they were trying to get over in every way possible we ended up going with Defiance because they are very honest and gave us the most bang for our buck.. like i said-ABOVE and BEYOND. A big thank you to Rick and family and everybody at Defiance for a wonderful experience. The quality of work was very high and the customer service is fantastic, don't think about using anybody else go straight to this company. Thanks again for everything guys!

The men were professional! Pricing was equal with others we checked out. The men daily cleaned up their tools and trash. All in all we were completely delighted with this company. After work was completed, we had so many inquiries about who had done our work. People were impressed with this company too. We also received a 20% discount for being a senior citizen.
