We have booked a few cruises through them, they are excellent.
They have competitive prices. The cruise lines prices are pretty much set but they give you extra stuff on the side that makes up for it.

I believe their travel portion is centralized, though I believe not all of them are. They went above and beyond to get me a better price than I could find online. Costco has a number that we can dial for travel. I spoke with a travel agent there regarding the booking. They were very accommodating. I had some special requests and they were very willing to accommodate those requests. At the end of the day, I could not have asked for much more. I have an existing Costco membership. I reached out to four different travel agents and Costco was one of them. They give me the best deal. I had a very good experience with them.
