Excellent workmanship and courteous service. Helpful consultations on new colors and other design choices. Took care re Covid restrictions. Strangers walking by repainted house stop to compliment! Will absolutely rehire for future jobs.

It’s in progress but even the temporary is good. The bathroom repairs due to water damage was excellent. I will be using Cooper Services for all appropriate projects.

Jared is conscientious and dependable. Also fun to work with, good sense of humor. Always gives you a ballpark cost and brings it in on schedule.

Jared analyzed the problem of closet doors constantly falling off their tracks. He replaced certain door hardware which required redrilling holes and adjusting each bifold section. Jared's work on our project was of high quality. The results met our expectations. His communication and punctuality with us throughout the project were excellent compared with previous contractors. His knowledge and experience provided us with ideas that led to enhancements that improved our project. Without hesitation we would use his services in the future.

What can I say... My wife and I have done extensive remodeling to our homes throughout the years, so we are all too familiar with the woes that come along with hiring a contractor (from never answer their phone, to making an appointment and not showing up or just not doing what they say they are going to do). But let me eliminate those thoughts by highly recommending Cooper Services. My wife and I hired Jared and his crew to paint the exterior of our home. And from start to finish Jared was clearly understandable, he answered our phone calls and any questions we had, he gave us a reasonable bid and time frame. We decided to hire Jared and his crew and he delivered on his promise. Simple as that. And not only that but the home looks phenomenal! His attention to detail is superb. We highly recommend Jared and his crew at Cooper Services Construction.

I purchased a 1915 house with many issues. Cooper services was able, through good communication, to understand my vision of the finished product. They finished the project in a timely manner. It required the ability to schedule and work with sub contractors well. This was not an easy project and required skill and experience in the industry.

We have used Cooper Services twice and have been very happy with the results both times. In fact, we are so happy with their work that when a friend told us they needed repair work done on their condo that their contractor had twice attempted and failed to rectify we interrupted Cooper Services's work at our condo and escorted them to our friend's place. Fifteen minutes later our friend's problem was solved.

Cooper Services did an amazing job helping us prepare our home for rental. Each issue ( there was a long list!) was prioritized and evaluated from a time vs cost perspective. As things changed, as they do in home projects, the team met with me and made sure we were on the same page with regard to time, cost and go to market timing. I cannot recommend the value of Cooper See enough!

Within hours, Cooper Services were in action and our home was already on its way to refreshingly new. They sanded down walls, completely redid my horrible paint job, and replaced it with perfect wall and ceiling lines. They placed gorgeous hardwood floors and did many other life-saving projects. They couldn't have done a better job, been easier to work with, or kinder! We sold our home for far more than we could've ever on our own. If we ever find ourselves in need of construction work again, we will save ourselves and call Jared and his crew again first!

Amazing. Totally professional. Always on time. The work was exceptional! I tried to do the work myself, but found I was in over my head. The Coopers came in and made my dreams come true. So many great ideas and exceptional quality to every aspect of the work performed. You need a job done right? These are the people to hire!

The completed repairs displayed the conscientious effort and skill both Jared and Daren possess. Furniture was moved and drop cloths were used extensively to protect our floor and furnishings. Plastic sheeting was used to seal off the construction area. When the work was finished, the repaired area blended perfectly with the remainder of the ceiling. Their thorough clean-up efforts reflected both professionalism and pride of workmanship. The price for the repairs, as noted by our condominium property manager, was very reasonable. We remain very happy with Cooper Services.

When we had gone as far as we could on our DIY remodel, Cooper Services helped us to finish the job. Jared helped us finalize our design decisions, make a clear plan for wrapping up and completed the job at a fair price. We couldn't be more pleased. We were even able to host our company Christmas party!

They were very good. The only thing that surprised me was that it cost me an extra $175 for traveling fees. They split the time up for 6 hours between 2 workers and you could only schedule them for 3 hours increments which is not what the deal stated. The actual work was good. The workers were really nice and friendly and did what they were supposed to do.

They arrived promptly and didn't waste any time getting to work. I was kept informed about steps they were taking and how much time it would take as well. The final results were amazing! My ceiling looks good as new.

They showed up on time, were very professional (and funny) and got the job done! I also left them alone in my house while i went to work and they kept me updated via text the whole time. completely trustworthy!

Was a great experience.  I had list of to-dos I hadn't got to myself.  Cooper came in and did those and also pointed out others that needed doing and took care of those too.  Was fantastic.

I was extremely impressed with this company and it's employee. They were nice and professional at all times.  They completed the work to my satisfaction.

My only complaint was that I thought I purchased two men for 12 hours, and actually the company said that it was two men for 6 hours each.  Also, I had to pay an additional $150.00 for travel fees.  I think the add should be clearer in its wording.
