My husbands computer at home became locked in a mixed up registry problem, all programs wanted to open as Media Center....blah, blah, blah. I had my husband call Tod since I had used him several times for my office computers as well as my own laptop.
Tod picked up the computer at my office in Gig Harbor, took it back to his shop and a couple of days later brought it back to me, working like new and clean of all viruses. He also repaired whatever was preventing the computer from recognizing the external hard drive we have.
His service is always professional and thorough. Generous with his time and thoughtfully reasonable in his pricing of services.
I would, and have, recommended Tod to friends and business associates without hesitation.

Called Tod out two different times with multiple little things needing fixed; I also need instructions on how to do many things computer was asking. He fixed everything quickly, talked in laymans language show I could understand, very personable & professional, also available on fairly short notice (much shorter notice than other companies I have used in the past, like Geek Squad), very reasonable fees. HIGHLY recommend this company and its owner Tod.

My computer was incredibly slow. Tod returned my call quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day (a Saturday). He had to come out to Fox Island, but didn't charge travel time. He arrived with driver updates to install, cleaned out unused programs, ran bug scans (and found some), installed malware and helped me install a better antivirus program than I was using. He had me at his side for all this, giving me the tools to do it myself if I need to. My computer is now as fast as it was fresh out of the box. He is definitely the person I'll call for future computer problems.

Tod truly is a 24/7 personal computer repair specialist. He figured out my problem and found a work around so I could get my old laptop running perfectly. I will definitely call him again.

He is very good. He comes to your house and he fixes all your problems. He really is 24/7 computer person. If you email or call him he will get back to you promptly and he will do whatever he can to help you.
