Staff was pleasant, but not particularly professional. They were in an accident on I-5 on the way to the storage unit and many items were damaged. It took days to get our stuff. We reluctantly paid in full in order to file a claim, but attempts to file said claim via email and registered mail came back as "undeliverable."
