Very well. Foundation, framing, small roof under edge of deck (over windows in new den), door, windows -- all went very well, on time and at price quoted. Williams was at the building location and on the job almost every day. Williams constantly keep costs in mind, and worked to stay within budget. Williams reputation on San Juan Island has always been excellent.
