Appliance Repair
Used this service on prior Viking fridge, had several calls and never got it fixed. Bot new Kitchen Aid and in less than a year icemaker broke and wildly varying temps on the control board. They came out right away (two days later), did not fix, said would be a couple weeks, then turned out to be almost a month before they would come back. When asked about obvious lack of service, they agreed and said to write them off. Which we did.
