I was able to speak to Mark from Para Home Services and schedule an appointment for just a couple hours later! The technician, Colton, arrived a little late after battling I-5 southbound for a solid hour and a half! He kept in close contact and arrived calm, pleasant and apologetic. I completely understand the issue! Who doesnt! We had a conversation about the issue and he got right to business. I would say within 15-20 minutes the problem was solved! We needed a new lighting fixture installed on a 17ft tall ceiling. A lot of places either turn us down or quoted very high price for it. Para Home was able to consult us and schedule a time quickly, with very reasonable price. Our technician Colton arrived on time, helped us put together the light (which has one of the most confusing instruction) and installed it perfectly. We appreciate all the effort and help, not to mention the whole time the team is professional and kind. We know we are going to use them for a couple of other projects in the future!

Fantastic experience. Super professional, responsive, and affordable. They were able to take care of half a dozen maintenance tasks around the house in just a few hours that would have taken me days to figure out or to hire separate professionals for. Highly recommend.

Had them assemble a gazebo from Wayfair. First estimate was $699, I ok'd it and scheduled. I received an email stating they drastically underbi d the job and had to do it for appx $2500 (Depending on time). I still sa id ok. They also pushed it out 2 weeks saying they needed 3 guys. They showed up with 2 guys and did a nice professional job in about 7 hours. Then billed me $2K. , after I pointed out the time spent they dropped it to $1500, which seemed very fair. The gazebo looks great.
