I am thrilled with the service provided by Para Home Services for our new home on Mercer Island! They recently completed our quarterly visit on May 9th and did an exceptional job. Among the key tasks, they expertly installed our Google doorbell, replaced the washer hoses, and thoroughly cleaned the gutters and downspouts. What truly impressed me was their professionalism, the variety of services offered, and their invaluable insights into the entire house, rather than focusing solely on individual tasks. Their proactive and preventive maintenance approach is precisely what we were looking for to cover all the "honey list" items that we probably wouldn't have the time or expertise to address easily. Had them assemble a gazebo from Wayfair. First estimate was $699, I ok'd it and scheduled. I received an email stating they drastically underbi d the job and had to do it for appx $2500 (Depending on time). I still sa id ok. They also pushed it out 2 weeks saying they needed 3 guys. They showed up with 2 guys and did a nice professional job in about 7 hours. Then billed me $2K. , after I pointed out the time spent they dropped it to $1500, which seemed very fair. The gazebo looks great.

Installed and mounted a 77 inch flatscreen TV on tile. Arrived on time. Took 2 hours. $400. Had all the right tools. Good service. Highly recommend.

I was able to speak to Mark from Para Home Services and schedule an appointment for just a couple hours later! The technician, Colton, arrived a little late after battling I-5 southbound for a solid hour and a half! He kept in close contact and arrived calm, pleasant and apologetic. I completely understand the issue! Who doesnt! We had a conversation about the issue and he got right to business. I would say within 15-20 minutes the problem was solved! We needed a new lighting fixture installed on a 17ft tall ceiling. A lot of places either turn us down or quoted very high price for it. Para Home was able to consult us and schedule a time quickly, with very reasonable price. Our technician Colton arrived on time, helped us put together the light (which has one of the most confusing instruction) and installed it perfectly. We appreciate all the effort and help, not to mention the whole time the team is professional and kind. We know we are going to use them for a couple of other projects in the future!

Fantastic experience. Super professional, responsive, and affordable. They were able to take care of half a dozen maintenance tasks around the house in just a few hours that would have taken me days to figure out or to hire separate professionals for. Highly recommend.
