Island Concierge Services will do anything you want them to do including painting, cleaning gutters, or lawn mowing. They are a little bit on the expensive side but they are very customer and service oriented. Bottom line, if you're perhaps willing to pay a little more for a little better service, Island Concierge Services, are good folks. You can get a hold of the owner of the company 24/7 as advertised.

I think they are very accommodating and listen to what you want and actually do it. I rate them high overall.
