We made an appointment for services and re-confirmed together by both phone and email, emphasizing that we were travelling a long distance to meet with him and also taking an entire day off from work to do so. On the day of the service, just a few hours before we were supposed to meet, he called and said he could not come. Excuses were that it had rained earlier in the week and he could not get his crew together. Although we were already on our way and had already taken an entire day off from work specifically to meet with him, he made no effort to prioritize meeting his obligation but said he "would make it up to me" when we re-scheduled. I contacted him again soon afterwards to re-schedule and there was no response. I contacted him yet again later, this time expressing my displeasure with the way I was being treated; again not even a reply. I moved on to another service, for obvious reasons.
