 + 0 moreThey had the car for approximately one hour and eliminated the armrest problem and started up the same model as mine to demonstrate the sound I was hearing was normal. It was the fuel injector system.
Description of Work: I had a couple of items of concern with our new E-350. They included a driver's armrest that moved and a ticking sound coming from the engine compartment.

 + 0 moreWarning light came on saying there was excessive brake wear. Brought car to MBZ Tacoma for that and also the B-service was due. Problem was rear brake pads were worn and needed replacement. Techs performed that and b-service. Car was ready when promised with work done to my satisfaction. While I might have gotten the work done for less at an independent, I keep my cars for over 10 years and I want the maintenance done correctly.
Description of Work: B-Service and replace rear brake pads and rotors.

Description of Work: I take my car to Mercedes-Benz Of Tacoma for oil changes. They check up the whole car because they put on a computer and then they change the oil. I bought a car from them in August of 2012.

 + -1 moreThey were very respectful and willing to work with me in order to find the right vehicle at the price which was acceptable. There was not pressure for me to buy and the sales person went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. This is a very upscale and classy dealership in whom I would recommend.
Description of Work: They were patient in helping me find the right vehicle and were willing to allow me to test drive any on the lot. They also brought in a Dodge Charger from another lot to test drive as I expressed an interest. In the end, nothing could beat the quality of a Mercedes-Benz and they went through all of the features and functions of the vehicle that I purchased.
